This is a step by step walk through of how to set up CuteFTP, each step is followed by a image of what your screen should look like.

Step 1- Open CuteFTP, you can usually do this by going to start, to programs, to CuteFTP.

Step 2- The program will open up to the main screen, at the top click on FTP and go to Site Manager

Step 3- On the top left hand side there is a folder called FTP sites, click and highlight it.

Step 4- Now move the mouse over to the lower right hand side and click on add site.

Step 5- Make sure all your settings match the screen shot below ( except for the brackets around  user name and password, replace that with your user name and password  )      Then hit "OK".

Step 6- Make sure that you click and highlight your site on the top right hand side, then click "Connect"

Step 7- Your login in screen will come up and confirm that you are connected, click "OK" at the bottom. If the login conformation did not come up something is incorrect. Click here to email support, or double check your steps.

Step 8- This is the last step, you should have a split screen window. On the left hand side are the files are your computer. The right hand side is your folder on our server.
