File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a great way to transfer files over the internet, and FTP is a more relable way to transfer files that are larger then one meg than using email. The following screens will take you through the basic setup of WS_FTP.

When first opening WS_FTP you will see this screen, click new to begin

Make sure FTP Site is selected, and name it Spydernet, click next.

For the Host Name enter spyderemail.com and then click next.

For logon information make sure you have YOUR username and password entered in all lower case characters, click Finish.

Now you should be back at your original screen, make sure that the Spydernet connection in highlighted and then click "OK"

If everything has been entered correctly you should see the below screen, on the left side there is files located on your system, on the right your folder on the server.

You are now ready to upload and download to your personal website!!!
